This will be an intimate group, open to only 8 guests. Relax into the resonant vibrations of crystal singing bowls and gentle meditation as it washes over the room, you will receive supportive, community-style acupuncture to help deepen your experience.
Give your body and mind the space to release stress, reset the nervous system, and restore inner balance. Whether you are new to these modalities or returning to them, this gathering will leave you feeling grounded, calm, and beautifully anchored for the holiday season ahead.
