About the Event
Coffee Cup Readings with Neppy is a unique, one-on-one experience rooted in the ancient tradition of tasseography, the art of interpreting the symbols and patterns left behind in coffee grounds. During your 30-minute session, Neppy will prepare your coffee for you to enjoy before flipping the cup and reading the shapes, symbols and messages that emerge. Each cup is completely unique, so no two readings are ever the same.
About Zenep:
Growing up in an Albanian-American family, Neppy’s home was always full of guests. And where there were guests, there were always coffee cups. Her mother, grandmother and aunts would casually pick up a cup and talk about what symbols they would see in the grounds. Intrigued by what they were looking at, Neppy picked up a cup herself one day and not only saw symbols, but found herself telling whole stories through what appeared in the grounds with phenomenal…
